Terms:	Closing Details ~ Auction closes Wednesday, November 28, 2012 12:30pm and items must be picked up no later than Saturday, December 1, 2012 4:00pm. Emails will go out to successful bidders within 24 hours. Payment is due within 2 days from the close of the auction (example: if auction closes at 3:00pm on Monday, your payment is considered late if it is not received by 3:00pm Wednesday). After that, your payment will be considered past due and may incur late payment of $10 per day per invoice. Bidding is a binding legal contract. Those who fail to pay will be permanently banned from the auction. Auction will close 1 item every 2 minutes, with an auto extension of 3 minutes. Feel free to use proxy bid. By entering your maximum bid in the far right column this will allow the system to bid on your behalf against other bidders up to your maximum, so that you won't miss out on your item(s). Auction Inspection ~ All items are sold 'as is/where is', there is noThe buyer understands it is their sole responsibility to inspect all items prior to bidding and that Auction House LLC DBA BidKansas.com and or seller is not responsible for merchandise and neither warranty or guarantee any item. Buyer Responsibility ~ It is the buyer's, bidder's, responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions before bidding on an item. Successful bidders are expected to close the transaction and remit full payment including the purchase price, buyer's fees and any applicable taxes. Buyer's Premium ~ A 15% buyer premium will be added to all transactions. If you are paying with a Check or Cash a 3% premium discount is offered making buyer's premium 12%. Sales Tax ~ Taxes will be collected at the rate of 7.3 on all transactions (winning bid + buyers premium). Buyer will need to provide the appropriate documentations if he/she claims tax exempt status before the end of each auction. No sales tax refund will be issued after the close of the auction. Item Removal ~ All items must be removed by Saturday, December 1, 2012 4:00pm. Merchandise becomes the responsibility of the winning bidder at the conclusion of the auction and buyer assumes all risks of loss or damage until removed from location. Each auction has different remove by date. Items not picked up by the mentioned date will be charged storage fee of $50 per invoice per day. Items not picked up on the 10th day of the auction closing date will be deemed abandoned and be disposed of or resold to recover storage fees. Pick Up ~ We do not charge to load your items with a forklift, however for unpalletized items be sure to bring your own man power to help you load, we do *not* assist in hand loading items. Delivery/Shipping ~ Delivery/shipping is available throughout the state for an additional fee please call for details and pricing. Payments ~ We accept Checks, Cash, Debit, & Visa/MasterCard with valid photo ID. Buy It Now ~ Only items bought via Buy It Now will be credited buyer's premium.
